We want your order to arrive as expected. If something is wrong with your order, contact us before sending any item back so we can review the request and provide the correct next step.
Return Requests
Please contact customer service within 30 days after delivery to request a return review. Items should be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition with packaging or tags when applicable.
Items That May Not Qualify
Items damaged by misuse, wear, washing, alteration or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund. Clearance or final-sale items may be limited unless the item is defective, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, subject to applicable law.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
